Simply put, the ultimate aim of our Yoga classes is to help people create a healthy body and a healthy mind. That being said, Yoga can be whatever you want it to be, whether you are looking to tone up your body, to get a better nights sleep, or to simply have some quiet time for yourself.

 

Here are some of the benefits you can expect:

For the time being, our Yoga classes will remain mixed ability and we have a one size fits all approach, as all asana can be simplified or advanced to suit the individuals need. There is no pressure or expectation for you to push to your body's physical limit, we would always encourage you to develop a deeper understanding for each asana, which may mean not going as far physically in order to allow you to develop mentally.
