Sheree is the founder of Fly High Fitness, and has a passion for helping people and delivering the best quality of teaching possible. Over the past 5 years, she has gone on to be one of the best and most in demand instructors around, and has travelled all around Scotland to teach workshops at other studios.

  "I first started doing Pole Fitness at just 17 years old, and I knew right then I would be hooked. I started out overweight with absolutely no strength, flexibility or body confidence, and was not a quick learner. This has given me a very understanding nature and a better insight into where people can go wrong when attempting certain movements. My main goal is to be able to help other people achieve their fitness goals and watch their confidence grow week after week, and see that Pole Fitness doesn't have to be intimidating, it can actually be a life changing hobby to start!!  

​    I always strive to be the  absolute best I can be and have pushed beyond the limits of what I thought my body would be able to achieve, both in my own training and with teaching. I have competed in some of the biggest competitions in the UK including UKPPC (UK Professional Pole Championships) and Miss Pole Dance UK. 

   I keep the standard of teaching very high to achieve the best result for each individual.  I like to make my classes as much fun as possible but still provide an effective workout. I will always encourage you to try your absolute best and if I think you are capable of achieving a certain move/spin, I will do everything can to motivate you and help."
