Pole Fitness is suitable for ALL shapes and sizes with no upper age limit. Our body positive approach encourages everyone to make pole what they want it to be, whether its to improve fitness and flexibility, to feel sexy or sassy, to improve coordination, build confidence or ALL of these things, you will be encouraged to embrace what you enjoy most.  Everyone will be free to learn at their own pace in a safe, friendly, and non judgemental environment, however we also think it is important to encourage people to reach their full potential and achieve maximum results, so you can still expect to get an excellent workout when you attend a class with us. Making time for yourself is extremely important for mental wellbeing, and we like to think that our studio, and pole in general is a 'happy place' for a lot of people (ourselves included) and we pride ourselves on this. It is normal to feel apprehensive at first, but you will soon see just how empowering and friendly our studio environment is that you will soon forget about the initial nerves! Our instructors are very friendly and experienced and will soon put you at ease.
