Open Training gives members the opportunity to access the pole studio to get in some extra practice. You have the freedom to work on any area of pole that is within your capabilities! Reduced price open training is a member benefit that you should definitely take advantage of to improve your pole training! Here are some of the benefits;

  • Opportunity to be creative

  • Freedom to practice what you like (within reason)

  • No strict timing rules - start and finish anytime within the hour


 You will be in charge of your own warm up and cool down, and training any moves that are unsafe is forbidden.
