POLE FITNESS

Pole Fitness is a unique, fun and challenging form of bodyweight exercise where you rapidly build strength, flexibility and build lean muscle, all whilst burning calories. Pole massively increases confidence levels and can be very addictive

I’ve been attending weekly classes with Sheree for about a year and a half now and absolutely love this place. Sheree has helped me acquire and develop skills I never thought were possible. I have fallen in love with pole and I love training from such a highly skilled instructor! Plus everyone at class is always very supportive of each other
